Toronto FC reaches second straight MLS Cup final

Toronto FC have advanced to the MLS Cup final.

Jozy Altidore scored in the 60th minute to give Toronto FC a 1-0 win over the Columbus Crew in the second leg of the Eastern Conference final.

The first leg was a 0-0 draw in Columbus last week.
