Chama-se Jessica Camara, \u00e9 pugilista profissional e \u00e9 Luso-Canadiana.<br \/>\nNasceu em Cambridge, Ont\u00e1rio, e em 2005 foi Miss Portuguese Club of Cambridge.<br \/>\nTivemos a oportunidade de conversar com a Jessica.<br \/>\nWeight division- light welterweight (140lb)<br \/>\nGoal- to become world champion<br \/>\nI have been boxing for 10 years. I started competing in the Amateurs at the age of 19. I trained at Boxing by Syd in Kitchener Ontario<br \/>\nIn 2014, I wanted to advance my boxing and have he chance to compete in the Canadian National Championships.<br \/>\nI then decided to move to Toronto where I can get the proper training. I won all 3 qualifying tournaments to enter the Canadian Championships. I was successful at the Canadian Championships, winning my first National title at 69kg category. In 2015, I had the privilege to compete in an international tournament in Bulgaria where I won a bronze medal<br \/>\nIn 2016 I felt that I was ready to fulfill my dream and decided to turn Pro.
